- Final delivery will include access to the live website, necessary credentials, and documentation.
SEO Services:
- SEO services are delivered in an ongoing manner on a monthly basis.
- Upon confirmation of the service, the client will receive an initial report and strategy plan within 5 business days.
- Regular progress updates and performance reports will be shared on a predefined schedule (weekly or monthly).
2. Mode of Service Delivery
- All services are delivered digitally via email, cloud-based platforms, or direct access to the client’s website.
- Project files, reports, and updates will be shared through Google Drive, Dropbox, or other agreed-upon platforms.
- In case of any technical issues or delays, clients will be notified promptly with a revised delivery schedule.
3. Urgent & Priority Requests
- Clients needing expedited delivery for website development must inform us in advance. Additional fees may apply for priority handling.
- Urgent SEO audits or reports may be requested with a minimum 48-hour notice, subject to availability.
4. Service Access & Support
- Clients will have access to all project-related files and services as per the agreed contract terms.
- Post-delivery, we provide 7 days of free support for website projects to resolve minor issues. Ongoing maintenance plans are available for extended support.
- For SEO services, support and consultation continue throughout the service duration.
