Project Description

So, here’s the scene: Envoys – the big shots of road traffic management – came to us with their website. Let’s just say it looked like it was straight outta the early 2000s. You know, the kind with clunky navigation and outdated visuals? Not cool for a brand that literally manages traffic.

The brief? Build a killer traffic management catalogue website that’s not just good-looking but also super functional. Basically, make the website the Karan Johar of road traffic—glamorous and efficient.

The Mission

The task was clear but challenging:

  1. Create a modern product catalog where customers could easily browse their traffic management solutions.
  2. Redesign the UI/UX so smooth, even dadi could use it.
  3. Develop solution pages from scratch, and, oh boy, scratch we did. (Spoiler: Some pages were rejected more times than an intern’s coffee run suggestions.)

Oh, and everything had to scream professional without losing the human touch. Matlab, corporate vibes with a heart.

Mera Kaam (My Role)

Now, here’s where things got interesting:

  • Wireframes & Prototypes: We started by sketching out wireframes that made sense—both visually and functionally. Even wireframes had their own client-approved glow-up moments.
  • Website Development: From WordPress setup to full-on theme customization, I made sure the site was as smooth as butter.
  • Solution Pages: These were the real MVPs of the project. But man, did they take some convincing. One layout rejected, phir second one, then third… But at the end, it was a chef’s kiss.
  • UI/UX Upgrades: No boring corporate look here, boss. We added sleek designs and user-friendly navigation—perfect for a modern audience.

Reflection Time

Aree yaar, let me tell you, this project was no less than a Bollywood masala movie—full of action, drama, and a little comedy. Every time I thought, “Bas, ab toh final approval milega,” the client would go, “Um… can we change this one little thing?” (Little? Really?)

But jokes aside, this was a great learning curve. It was like solving a Rubik’s Cube in the dark. Once we hit the sweet spot, it felt like winning Kaun Banega Crorepati.

Oh, and the prototypes? They still make me proud. As for the live site? Thoda different lag raha hoga (kyunki brands evolve, bro), but the foundation? Solid hai.

Results

✅ A clean, modern traffic management catalogue website that gets the job done—no confusion, only clarity.
✅ Beautiful solution pages with a touch of pizzazz (aur kaafi mehnat).
✅ Happy client (after many, MANY iterations) and a website that now matches the brand’s swag.

(Note: Wireframes and prototypes bhi available hain, haan. The live website design might look a bit different now.)

Toh, what do you think about this Traffic management catalogue website portfolio? Mast hai na?
